The key facts about earning, availability, and using your Credit.
How do you earn Medentic Credit?
1% for bank transfer
When you pay for an eligible order by bank transfer, you receive 1% of the eligible product value as Medentic Credit.
Example: €420 of eligible products earns €4.20 Medentic Credit.
10% new-customer reward
A new customer receives 10% of the eligible product value in their first eligible order. The reward is granted only once to the associated customer group.
Example: a first eligible order of €180 earns €18 Medentic Credit.
€5 for the first mobile-app order
You receive €5 Medentic Credit after your first eligible completed order through the official Medentic.Shop mobile app. This is a one-time reward for the associated customer group. Reinstalling the app, opening another account, or transferring a Wallet does not create a new entitlement.
10% for the referring account
When an order is validly attributed to a referring account, that account receives 10% of the eligible value of cosmetics explicitly marked as participating. One order can credit only one referring account.
Which products are eligible?
The bank-transfer, new-customer, and first-app-order rewards apply to eligible physical products. The referring-account reward applies only to cosmetics explicitly marked as eligible.
Delivery, payment fees, services, gift cards, and financing charges neither earn Credit nor qualify for payment with Credit. In a mixed order, Credit is calculated only from eligible product lines. Any additional restriction is shown on the product page or at checkout before the order is submitted.
When does Credit become available?
| Credit source | Becomes “Available” |
|---|---|
| 1% for bank transfer | 2 days after confirmed delivery |
| 10% new-customer reward | 2 days after confirmed delivery |
| €5 first mobile-app order | 2 days after confirmed delivery |
| 10% for the referring account | 14 days after confirmed delivery |
Credit becomes “Available” only when both conditions are met: payment is confirmed and the applicable 2-day or 14-day period after confirmed delivery has ended. Until then, it remains “Pending”. If delivery cannot be confirmed automatically, Credit remains pending until the order is reviewed.
How is it calculated?
- Percentage Credit is calculated from the eligible product value including VAT, after commercial discounts and after subtracting the portion paid with Medentic Credit.
- Each Credit source is calculated and recorded separately for the order. Eligible rewards can stack.
- Each amount is rounded to the nearest €0.01 using standard mathematical rounding.
- The Wallet uses euro. Calculations use the euro amount displayed and payable at checkout. Currency conversion rates and fees charged by a bank or card issuer are outside the programme.
How do you use Medentic Credit?
At checkout, you choose how much available Credit to use. The maximum is the lower of:
- your available positive balance; and
- the eligible product value after commercial discounts.
You can use only part of your balance and pay the remainder with another available payment method. Medentic Credit can be combined with a discount code. Credit that expires soonest is used first.
Medentic Credit is a purchasing balance for Medentic.Shop, not a cash deposit, bank account, payment instrument, or electronic money. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to a bank account, or moved between unrelated customers.
Who owns the Wallet?
- An individual has a personal Wallet.
- A clinic or organization has one shared Wallet. Authorized staff use the shared balance and do not receive separate copies.
- When a staff member leaves, the Wallet and its Credit remain with the organization.
After a verified move from a personal to an organization account, the complete transaction history, including pending reversals and any negative balance, transfers to the organization together with pending and available Credit and the original expiry dates. If the organization already has a Wallet, the balances and history are merged. The transfer does not create a new customer, a new Wallet reward, or another entitlement to a one-time reward.
Who is a “new customer”?
A “new customer” may be an individual, clinic, or organization, but the reward is available only once to the real associated customer group.
An individual, their solely owned single-member company, and clinics or organizations controlled by the same owner are treated as one associated customer group. New registrations, additional clinics, or duplicate accounts do not restore eligibility.
Medentic.Shop may associate accounts using verified identity, contact, ownership, organization, tax-registration, and address information. A shared address alone is not sufficient for automatic refusal.
How is a referral attributed?
- A valid referral link keeps attribution for 14 days.
- If more than one valid link is used, the last-touch model applies: the last valid link wins.
- A valid referring-account code entered at checkout overrides a stored referral link.
- A promotional discount code takes priority over both a stored referral link and a referring-account code entered at checkout and cancels referral attribution unless the specific campaign terms expressly allow both.
- Attribution is fixed when the order is submitted and cannot later be moved to another referring account.
- Accounts in the same associated customer group cannot refer one another.
A referral link or code must not contain a patient’s name, health information, or other sensitive personal data.
Cancellations, returns, and adjustments
A cancelled order does not earn Credit. For a full or partial return, cancellation, chargeback, or confirmed payment reversal, Medentic.Shop creates a separate adjustment transaction for the Credit associated with the affected eligible products.
- A partial return reverses only the Credit allocated to the returned eligible product lines.
- If earned Credit is still pending, it may be cancelled before becoming available.
- If you have already used the earned Credit, the adjustment may make the Wallet negative. A negative Wallet cannot redeem Credit, and future earnings first offset the negative amount.
- If you return a product paid for with Medentic Credit, the portion used for that product is restored with its original expiry date. If that date passed while the return was processed, the restored Credit can be used for 30 days after restoration.
Every adjustment remains visible in the history. Earlier entries are not silently edited or deleted.
When does Credit expire?
Each positive Credit entry expires 12 months after the date it becomes available, at the end of that calendar day in the store’s Sofia time zone. Time spent pending does not reduce its validity period.
Expiry is recorded as a separate transaction. A transfer to an organization Wallet preserves the original expiry date.
Fraudulent activity and abuse
Medentic.Shop may temporarily hold, refuse, or reverse Credit and restrict a Wallet when there are reasonable indicators of fraud, abuse, self-referral, duplicate identities or accounts, manipulated returns or chargebacks, unauthorized use of an organization Wallet, or an attempt to circumvent these rules.
The case is reviewed. Where legally permitted, the affected customer receives a reason and may request a review by the Medentic.Shop team. Credit confirmed as legitimately earned is restored with its original expiry date. If that date passed during the review, the restored Credit can be used for 30 days after restoration.
Changes to the programme
Medentic.Shop may change or end the programme with 30 days’ advance notice. Existing valid Credit remains usable until its original expiry date.
An immediate change, hold, or correction is permitted for fraud, a security risk, a legal requirement, or an obvious technical or accounting error. Special campaigns may have additional conditions displayed before purchase. Where they conflict, the specific terms take priority only for that campaign.
If a personal or organization account is voluntarily deleted, positive pending and available Credit is forfeited after a clear warning. Pending reversals and any negative balance remain associated with the customer group; a negative balance is not erased by account deletion or re-registration. Deactivating one staff member does not delete the organization Wallet.
What appears in the history?
Every earning, use, expiry, or reversal has a separate identifier and is linked to the internal ID and visible number of the relevant order. The history shows the source, calculation base, percentage or fixed amount, status, creation date, availability date, and expiry date.
